Jenny Cruz, a licensed yoga instructor and Reiki master, has taught yoga for over six years, both at the studio she owned in New Rochelle and independently. The studio provided Jenny the experience of teaching both small and large groups, leading a team, developing a customer base and establishing relationships.

 

In addition to teaching yoga classes in her studio, Jenny also teaches yoga in corporate facilities, colleges, non-profits and at various yoga studios. Clients include Montefiore Hospital, New Rochelle City Hall, Monroe College, and Body and Brain (Bronx and Queens) studios.
