Mommy & Me  

Jenny Cruz teaches yoga techniques to help  build strength and flexibility during pregnancy, help support and tone muscles, and improve balance and circulation. She also provides breathing, relaxation and meditation exercise during and after pregnancy. As a mother of two, Jenny is aware of the power of creating a nurturing circle of support and a ritual of quiet time for both Mommy and baby.
